AI Generation Terms

AI Studio may be viewed before generation or purchases are enabled. Availability is shown in the interface. When available, generation requires an active verified account, sufficient credits, permitted input and service capacity. Administrator testing is separate from customer credit use. The existing Terms of Use continue to apply.

AI-generated and AI-assisted content may be uploaded only when the uploader has the right to use the prompts, input images, references, names, likenesses and other materials used to create it. AI content should be labeled when required by law, platform rules or moderation policy.

AI output may not be copyright-protected in every country. In some jurisdictions, protection may depend on meaningful human authorship, creative selection, editing, arrangement or other human contribution.

As between WallHive and the user, AI tool output is controlled by the applicable AI provider terms and this site's content policy. Users remain responsible for checking whether an output is legal, non-infringing and suitable for their intended use.

AI output may not be unique and may not be copyright-protected in every jurisdiction. Users must not falsely present AI-generated output as purely human-created.

Generation purchases provide access to an automated service, not a guarantee that an image will meet every artistic preference or depict every prompt detail accurately. A confirmed saved result is charged at the credit price accepted before generation. Report technical failures or unexpected results to support for review. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content is allowed only when you have the right to use all input materials, prompts, references, names, likenesses, styles, trademarks and provider outputs involved. Do not claim AI-generated content was made entirely by a human when that would be misleading.

Submitting an image to the public gallery is separate from generating it. Review the Upload Rights and gallery license before publishing or downloading gallery content.
