AI Privacy & Safety

Text prompts and generation settings are sent to fal.ai for the selected image model. Prompt text is also sent to OpenAI Moderation for automated safety checks. Generated image files and private previews are stored in Cloudflare R2 and delivered through the site's access-controlled endpoints. Do not submit sensitive personal information or material you have no right to use. Current reference selections remain local to the browser and are not silently submitted to text-only generation.

Generated images and account credit balances are private to the account, except when the user separately submits an image for gallery publication or authorized staff need access for support or security. Original prompts are encrypted. The normal technical retention schedule is 180 days for original prompts, safety decisions and security information, and up to 24 months for minimized paid-generation evidence. Accounting records are handled separately and do not need full prompts.

An active dispute or a documented legal obligation may require a limited retention hold and review. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests. Applicable privacy rights and lawful deletion requests are reviewed individually; a retention schedule is not a blanket refusal of deletion.

Requests are checked by the configured OpenAI moderation service and provider safety controls. Automated checks have limited coverage and can make mistakes; they do not certify every output as lawful or suitable. Prohibited impersonation, document fraud, privacy abuse, non-consensual intimate content and other unlawful uses remain prohibited even where a classifier does not recognize them. Public gallery submissions are reviewed separately by human moderators.

Payment-card details are entered in Dodo's hosted checkout, not retained as card numbers or CVV by WallHiveArt. The site keeps the purchase reference, verified amounts, credit movements and relevant service evidence for fulfillment, support and disputes. Do not send passwords, API keys or card details to support.

Image-to-video sends the selected reference image and prompt to fal.ai when you explicitly start generation. Video files and previews are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Every newly saved generated video enters the staff safety-review queue, including videos not submitted for public publication. Authorized owner, administrator and moderator staff can view the video and listen to its generated audio to check service-policy compliance. Review access and decisions are logged. The generation form requires acknowledgement before a new video request. Private does not mean inaccessible to authorized safety staff.

A review decision alone does not publish, delete or refund a video, change its owner's access, or clear copyright and other third-party rights. Public video publication is not enabled by this review system. Existing retention and privacy-request procedures continue to apply. Historical private videos are not retrospectively added by this release.
