Credits & Refunds

Available packages show their USD price, paid credits and any bonus before checkout. Purchases are one-time packages, not subscriptions. Dodo Payments provides the hosted checkout. Taxes or the final payment amount shown by Dodo must be reviewed before payment. Credits are added only after the payment is independently confirmed; returning from checkout alone is not proof of payment.

Generation costs vary by model, quality, resolution and image count. The current credit price is shown and accepted before the request. Credits are reserved during processing and charged for a confirmed saved result. A confirmed failure releases the affected reservation. A timeout or unknown provider result remains under verification and does not automatically trigger another generation or a refund. Credits are for WallHive AI services, not a cash balance.

To request cancellation or a refund, contact support with the purchase reference. The standard policy is to refund an entirely unused paid package when requested and eligible through the payment provider. Bonus credits associated with a refunded package are also withdrawn; bonuses have no cash redemption value. Approved monetary refunds are processed through Dodo against the original purchase, not by exchanging credits for cash.

Requests involving partly used packages, technical failures, duplicate payments or unexpected results are reviewed using the payment and generation records and applicable consumer rights. A chargeback or refund investigation may temporarily prevent spending the affected purchase while it is resolved. Temporary service or anti-abuse restrictions do not by themselves expire purchased credits. Nothing in this policy waives mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

Contact support with the affected generation or transaction reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment-card details.
